The arm flexor (musculus brachialis) is 3 cm thick and 5 cm wide, directly below the two-headed arm muscle.
Approach: Roughness (Ulna tuberosity)
Origin: Attachment point of the deltoid muscle (Deltoid tuberosity)
Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve
As with the biceps, the flexor of the arm is contracted by a flexion in the Elbow joint reached. A classic form of exercise for isolated stress on the arm flexor muscles is Biceps curl.
