The treatment of the shoulder (rotator cuff, impingement syndrome, calcified shoulder (tendinosis calcarea, biceps tendon, etc.) therefore requires a lot of experience.

The muscle stretches should be performed carefully while observing the pain threshold.
Dosage recommendation: Holding time up to 20-30sec, number of repetitions: 3 times / exercise and side, detailed instructions for stretching exercises for the affected muscles, for technique and dosage, see topic Muscle stretching
Starting position: straddled stand with slightly bent knees, arms raised and spread apart, hands are on the right and left of the door frame
Exercise execution: the sternum is pushed forward through the open door
Effect: stretching the large pectoral muscle
Starting position: sitting on a stool
Execution of the exercise: one hand (e.g. left) grasps the muscles on the opposite shoulder (right) and pulls them forward, the right arm and shoulder pull backwards
Effect: transverse stretching of the trapezius muscle, pain relief
